Rules on Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on vd999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (for example Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Using a payment method registered in a third party's name is prohibited.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited.
• vd999 reserves the right to verify any transaction.

Rules on Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum amount for withdrawing funds from your account is ৳500. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

5.2 Identity Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, vd999 reserves the right to verify your identity. In such cases, a copy of your national ID card or passport and proof of payment method may be requested. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until all verification is complete.

5.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit. That is, if you deposited via bKash, withdrawal will be to bKash; if via Nagad, withdrawal will be to Nagad — this policy will be followed.

Welcome Bonus Policy

vd999 offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

6.1 Bonus Example

• If you deposit ৳1,000, the bonus will be ৳1,000 — giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• If you deposit ৳12,000, the bonus will be a maximum of ৳5,000 — giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, a 15x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Each user will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit for the bonus to remain valid.
• Bonus funds cannot be used in combination with any other promotion unless specifically stated.
• vd999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

User Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the vd999 platform:

• Any kind of fraudulent activity, or the use of bots or automated software.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Providing false information or forging documents.

In the event of a violation of these rules, vd999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, forfeit the associated balance, and take legal action if necessary.

VIP Program & Cashback

The vd999 VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular active play. Cashback is automatically credited to your account where applicable. vd999 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time — users will be notified before any changes take effect.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

9.1 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining withdrawable balance before closing your account.

9.2 Closure by vd999

vd999 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Serious violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Court order or legal obligation.
• Long-term account inactivity (with appropriate notice).

Responsible Gaming Policy

vd999 believes in responsible gaming. We encourage our users to maintain healthy gaming habits. The following self-control features are available on the platform:
